CareVital®
CareVital® is a full service patient management system that enables case managers, clinicians and other medical professionals to remotely monitor a patient's blood pressure, body weight, blood glucose, pulse oxygen, peak flow, ECG and subjective patient reported symptoms.

By measuring their vital signs daily and answering a set of physician-selected interactive voice response (IVR) questions, clients can report their health status to their medical professional.  
Vital measurements reported to medical professionals:

  • weight
  • blood pressure
  • blood glucose testing
  • pulse oxygen
  • peak flow
  • ECG

    • The library of Interactive Voice Response Questions is available in order to choose what questions would most benefit the client.

    The CareVital® system is constantly connected to Family Access Anywhere™ and Coordinator Access Anywhere. Any measurements taken are sent directly to these secure web sites and can be viewed in graph or written form.

    Using CareVital® to manage medical conditions such as diabetes and congestive heart failure has proven to be beneficial to the patient, medical professionals, and medical organizations. Studies relating to these benefits of CareVital® can be found within the CareVital® brochures below.
